Anyone believe professional football ( american ) is fixed in some extend ?

professional american football
First L asked:

I found it sometimes hard to believe the results. It really makes me wonder if it is fixed because of huge gambling industry behind this.
Let’s put it this way, it doesn’t have to have all people knows it.
A ref here and there.
And the coordinator and coach play the role in the play calling.
That’s all it matters.

Look, almost every week there is underdog beat the crab out of the top teams.

As long as favorite team lose, there are tons of money made.

Hard to say really. No matter the case, the officiating has been horrid the last few years. If you watched the Bills game, you’d never know that roughing the kicker was a penalty. Moorman got nailed twice and no yellow flag. Pats’re offsides on the safety…no flag. They call Donte Whitner out of bounds when it is clear to anyone with eyes that he was at least a yard from the sideline. Clements bumps into a Pats WR lightly on the return, the receiver falls over, Clements gets called from block-in-the-back. Not to mention the phantom hold on the Price TD and Schobel getting held all day…
